Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement. In the event of a partial order, we will arrange for the delivery of the missing items. Please note that an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged or missing product is required as proof. This video is mandatory and must be submitted within 48 hours of order delivery.

For any returns, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging box and tags.

We offer exchanges for rings only, as sizing issues may occur. We recommend reviewing the size reference images before placing your order. A fee of Rs. 200 will apply for exchanges.

If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to the customer being unavailable to accept the courier, any paid shipping charges will not be refunded. Only the product amount will be refunded.
